A year in the merde

In my early weeks abroad, I relied on reading as a source of escape and good mood establisher.

One day, a French guy gave me a book in English, which completely touch my “immigrant soul”, although I was not living in France.

A story wrote with passion, humor and optimism. A story for all of us, which are facing the challenges of another country/culture.

I recommend the English version, not to loose in translation the delightful English humor.
